Discover Tickeridge Farm, a captivating 5-bedroom English country cottage nestled in 5 acres of private bliss. Once a 16th-century farmhouse, it seamlessly blends historic charm with modern amenities.

The heart of the home is a spacious 30ft kitchen featuring a double oven range cooker, granite countertops, and a rustic pine table seating 10+. French windows lead to a terrace overlooking the BBQ, outdoor dining area, and a sprawling 'croquet lawn.'

Unwind in the large oak-beamed living room with fireplaces at both ends, a Smart TV, and a dedicated games/reading area. Downstairs, find a convenient cloakroom and a utility room with washer and dryer.

​

Upstairs, five cozy bedrooms await, complemented by two bathrooms featuring heated towel racks, invigorating walk-in showers, and luxurious deep baths. Expect the comfort of duvets, cotton linens, and towels upon arrival, with electricity, oil central heating, and a generous supply of logs included.

 

Entertainment options abound with multiple TV/DVD/CD players, a Klipsch iPod sound dock, and WiFi. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and a sizeable wine rack.

 

Outdoors, revel in summer delights with a gas BBQ, croquet on the lawn, sun loungers, and complimentary bikes for village exploration. Please note that bedrooms are on the first floor, and check-in is from 4 pm, with check-out by 10 am.
